Question Terrible Packetloss on wired connection

For the past few month I have been using a wireless connection to play a pc game Rust and have had 0% packetloss and for the past few weeks I have been getting terrible packetloss so I switched to a wired connection and am still having the same problem, it is ranging from 20% to almost 100% packetloss.

Is it via command prompt ping, in game display, etc.?

Is this your personal home connection?
Are multiple people using the connection?
is it all the time, or just in a specific timeperiode?
Is it only this specific game, or are you experiencing it is other games?
If you have not changed anything on your part i would contact the ISP and explain your problem to them.
