my system:
i5 3470 CPU
8 gigs 1333 mhz ram
Z77-DS3H motherboard
GTX 780TI GPU
corsair cx750m psu
win 7 64 bit

so i recently upgraded from a gtx 660 to a gigabyte gtx 780 ti and
i am getting very bad preformence with my gtx 780 ti. bf4 (40-80) fps and dayz (25-50).

i know dayz isnt very optimized but this is very low under the average and also compared to
other people with same gpu.

i have also noticed that the gpu core usage is very low 30-70 % in game while in benchmark program like "unigine heaven benchmark 4.0" the gpu usage was 99% all the time and the score (1611) was ok for my gpu. temperature was ok and the clock speed was ok too.

i am really frustrated with my new expensive high end gpu and i dont know what to do.

the only thing i think of is to give my pc to a specialist to do a fresh win 7 or 8 installation and
a BIOS update .

soory for my english BTW

Could be a driver issue. Not all video drivers updates are great. Also could be your settings in BF 4. What about other games. Should have saved you some dough and gone with the normal 780 instead of the TI but it's your choice. If you think it's the gpu then try in another system, like maybe a friends. Of course the internals will most likely not be the same but you can get a general idea. Try other games 1st and if other games are fine then it's more likely BF 4 that's the problem and not your system.

should i try switching to an older driver?
what about dayz ? and the low gpu useage ?
my settings in bf4 are all ultra but as i said the preformence should be much higher

Is your CPU OC'ed or stock out of the box and it could be the bottleneck but I'm not saying yes till we get more info.

my i5 3470 is stock at 3.2 ghz and 3.6 ghz boost i think i cant OC this cpu

Well the GPU is only gonna push what it's being asked to do. Unigine or even Kombuster are really made to push the system to the max. However a game is doing this in the same process. If in a game with current settings the GPU is pushing what it's required to do it won't go any further if you understand what I'm saying. Also just cause it's a 780 TI doesn't mean that every game is gonna have flawless fps. I've seen some Twitch Streamers play DayZ that have a Titan and still get so so dps results. Also from what you said just cause somebody has the same card doesn't mean you'll have the same results. There's mobo, cpu, ram as well as the batch that the video card came from. There not all the same.

Are you not able to take the card to a friends house and test it on there system? You'll need to play the same games and understand that the ram speeds and cpu could be different and may give different results. The fact that the Benchmark programs are giving the good results kinda leads me away from the GPU and there might not be anything wrong, well at least with the video card. If you want to test the rest of the system then find a different card to try out.

but with my gtx 660 every game was running with 99% usage and i am preatty sure that there is something wrong with my system

Still you need to have it tested on a different system to see if it does the same on a different system and if that's fine then test your system with a different GPU. Until you do this we won't be able to pinpoint the problem.
