Question Terrible sound quality for the rog strix b450-f gaming

I got this board the other day and I've been having sound problems at first thought it was my PC case so i made sure if my audio cable was plugged in it was. so I plug my headphones into the back panel and i ran into the same problem so i tried downloading an early driver the problem still persist i have no clue what to do outside of assuming it's a problem with the motherboard

I would definitely assume it is a Motherboard/sound chip issue as long as you know for sure that it isn't a cable/headphone/speaker issue.
I have an Asus B450-F and an Asus X470-F and the sound is Great on both.
They both use the SupremeFX S1220A.
