Well, now that IM the most powerful guy in the world, IM finding myself
needing a place to call home. Does anyone know how I can make mannequins to
show off all the cool armor Ive collected? also what about a wayto display
weapons and shields?
Thanks in advance

There is a mod that adds a number of mannequins to the world, but you
have to hunt them down before you can use them. There's also a mod
(the Dwemer Factory ? Cyborg Factory ?) that let's you build cyborgs
that can also model your armour.

Ideally, I'd like a house mod that adds a nice house in Balmore with a
row of mannequins in it.

When I can work up the energy, I think I'll combine John Henry's
Balmora Mansion mod (from www.lowgenius.com) and combine it with the
mannequin mod, and add a row of mannequins to the main hall.

That could be a bonus quest - get a full set of every make of armour.

Hi, Mark Morrison! This is a friendly line to let people know who I'm
talking to!

Hey, thanks for the plug, man. FWIW, this is *exactly* what John Henry is
doing with his new character. The Armor Mannequins plugin (I think that's
what it's called) is available from the Morrowind Summit site (url escapes
me right now, but google it and you'll find it fast), and adds a second NPC
to one of the shops in Caldera that you can buy a boatload of them from.
Bring 'em back home and set 'em up around the perimeter, and voila! it's a
Vvardenfel fashion show!

Woo !

Thanks, I'll go look for that now.

Even better, I found one called MentalElf's Mannequins - this is the
read me...

"V2.02: Added custom icons to make buying easier.
Twenty six mannequins, ten male and sixteen female that you can
purchase from Armendra Indril, 800 gold each. She's located just
outside the Fine Clothier shop in Balmora (Milie's Hastien's shop).
You get these in the form of a package, either named "Race" Mannequin
(the male), "Race" (female) Mannequin, or "Race" (dancing) Mannequin
(which is female as well). You can buy any number but Armendra only
keeps stock of 2 of each type (however, they do weigh 10 each!). Place
the mannequin by dropping the package (satchel) on the ground at your
feet, standing where you want the mannequin to stand, facing the
direction you want it to face. The mannequins weild a weapon unless
it's a dancing mannequin.

You can dress them in whatever clothes and armor you like (and
whatever weapon, for the non-dancing mannequins). If you have to, you
can dispose of them (perhaps you put a mannequin in a bad place?).
It's effectively a corpse so when you dispose of it, all items on it
go into your inventory. If you decide to unload this mod from Data
Files, be sure to remove your items from all your mannequins!

These mannequins have no dialog of course, and do not speak. The
non-dancing mannequins will automatically brandish their weapon when
you can see them, for example after restoring a saved game or walking
in from outside (Morrowind normally keeps the NPCs weapon sheathed, or
invisible at this point).

RACES TO CHOOSE FROM:
Argonian, Breton, Dark Elf, High Elf, Imperial, Khajiit, Nord, Orc,
and Redguard. Exception: there are no female Argonian or Khajiit
mannequins.

All head types exist for the mannequins, but it's random which one you
get when you place one. So be prepared for the worst. That naked bar
dancer may require a helmet.

Something about the dancers... they dance weird, their arms aren't
dancing when you first place them. After your next game load, they
will be fine, however.

Do not hit a mannequin in sight of an NPC... they will report your
crime and attack you.

Finally, this mod can be used WITH old version 1.01 if desired.
Version 2.02 is a replacement for 2.00/2.01.
I made a special effort to allow 2.02 to be installed in place of
2.00/2.01 without side effects."

Optional Dancing Mannequins !!!

This is the maker's website - version 2.03 is available. The version
on Morrowind Summit was 2.02.
