I just got my new GPU Asus GTX 970 turbo 4gb and it requires 8 pin PCIe and my PSU got only 2 6-pin PCIe connectors any suggestion?

Solution
The wattage printed on the box isn't a true indicator of the actual wattage. You need a PSU with good capacitors, and a good heat rating. At a higher temperature, the wattage decreases. The final category to judge a PSU on is the quality of the electricity. A better PSU provides "cleaner" electricity, which is to say that it doesn't spike randomly which can damage sensitive electronics.

No. I wouldn't trust that PSU as far as I could throw it. It's most likely a fire hazard. I'd recommend that you upgrade to at least a 550w PSU, probably the EVGA SuperNOVA gs line, or the G2 line. Seasonic and XFX make very good power supplies as well.
