Tesla K40 Build

I have a NVIDIA Tesla K40. I need to build a rather cheap workstation to house it.

Will you guys/gals let me know if everything below is compatible?

How much are you willing to spend on the build? Some parts are overpriced for what they are.

Yes, they are indeed compatible.

I went to partpicker.com and it said that the quadro GPU might not fit in the case?
Also, I am not sure about the Tesla k40. Will that fit in the case/motherboard?

The Blackhawk Ultra should be able to house any GPU.
The K40 should fit as it only requires a PCIe slot and two case expansion slots.
