Test PC Build

So for school research I'm working on CPU cooling, and to apply for a specific grant I need a parts list.
I need something that can OC well, something that I could prove my system is working

I already have a GPU, I still need a case that can be easily accessed, basic things such as thermal paste I have.

I still need: Components to make a water cooling loop for a CPU (that I would be modifying)

(I plan to use a refrigerant coil inside the block or something similar)

Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried looking at the Primochill wetbench?
