I think the "DeleteThis" part of your email addy is intentional - it keeps bots from scanning forums looking for valid email addresses ... if a "machine" pulls "walton534543.DeleteThis@gmail.com" - then 'it" gets a mailer error, and saves you from spam. Most of us know to just delete the insert. 8)

Agreed + take out the full stop and make the insterted text bold or italic (something to make it easier to see and remove)
