Question Tested MSI Dragon Center (Uninstalled it) Now my CPU is constantly clocked to max performance and freezing my pc constantly.

So yeah i got a problem with the MSI DragonCenter software that ended up clocking my pc. Now my pc basically has no function at all. I tryed re-installing windows and it didn't fix it. I also tryed factory resetting my bios setting and still didn't work. My CPU is still clocked so it runs constantly at 4.5 to 4.8 and is causing my pc to freeze after 2 minutes.

I am using. Intel I7 9700k.

Small update. It seems like my CPU is reaching 100C which i already know is pretty bad. I dont know how to fix this and i really need help.
