Testin DRAM with Prime95

Can i test my DRAM using Prime95. If yes then how and can it be done using some patterns or generating patterns

Yes you can using large FFTs or Blend test and may fail, however Memtes86 run from a USB is better IMO.

Thanks, i have downloaded the source code of prime95 and there is a function torture test, i want to know how memory is tested there means involving mersenne prime and lucas-lehmer test.

You need not concern yourself with lucas-lehmer testing which is a primality test for determining if a Mersenne number is prime.
Just run the torture test and check the box for Blend test which uses lots of RAM.
