How to detect the problems in remote desktop connection,after geeting reply once we ping the the IP address in cmd promt.

It is possible that the IP address is changing as a result of DHCP. Attempt to ping by the computer name. You can also resolve by computer name with the Remote Desktop Connection tool. Ensure that remote access is enabled on the targeted systems. Good luck!
