Testing a graphics card.

Is there anyway or any program that can test your graphics card and tell you its weak points to make it easier to set graphics in video games? Example would be like if shadows are what is hurting your performance to be able to know that your card has this issue before hand and be able to set shadows down while setting everything else high as an alternative to setting all to a lower setting or going through them individually. Thanks!

Manual tweaking will give you the best optimal fine tuning in your settings. There is a program like AMD Gaming Evolved or Geforce experience but it is not that accurate since everything pc setup is different.
