Im planning to test stability for 8 hours with Aida64 with Stress CPU, Stress FPU, Stress Cache and Stress System Memory left on, as default.
Is that a good way to test stability?
I have CPU Ratio Mode on Fixed mode and Voltage mode on override mode. When I check CPU-Z I see 1.2V and it stays there. Is that number always updating or is it just the number I set? I am worried that if I run this stability test for 8 hours the Vcore gets peaks like 1.37V or something.. I want it to stay at 1.2V.

Make sure that the vcore is set to static in BIOS. There's no point in testing for 8 hours... Just test for 1-2 hours and you should be fine. I've found that switching between the stress test and Chrome or whatever browser you have open with a lot of tabs works wonders on testing stability; I had been testing stability for an hour and realized I had Chrome open in the background and when I tried to switch into it, it crashed. Ergo, maybe try that, but really there isn't much point in testing for more than 1-2 hours or maybe 3 at most. But just make sure that vcore is set to static, not adaptive or auto.
