Testing the fan on my HX650 PSU

Firstly, yes I know that the fan on newer corsair PSUs wont spin until they reach a certain temperature. However I was wondering if there was an easier way to test if the fan works other than loading up a game and waiting for it to heat up.

Feedback will be appreciated.

The fan is supposed to be off until ~260W according to their site so you could test it by throwing on Prime95 and Furmark and watching it to see if it spins.

Why are you concerned about this?

I just always like to check things like this rather than making a warranty claim and having to wait a couple weeks.
