Testing Windows Network in Virtual Box

I have a few questions about Virtualbox so I can learn about setting up a windows server network.

I have windows server keys and windows OS keys as I am an apprentice and my training provider provides me with so many for learning purposes.

I am wanting to setup a virtualbox virtual machine for windows server and one as a client machine that can connect to the server and its domain.

I am wondering if this can be done and how I could go about doing this? How would a virtualbox machine client be able to connect to a virtualbox machine server and its domain? How can the two virtual machine talk to each other from virtual box?

This needs to be local to Virtualbox so it doesn't effect my actual home internet?

Yes once installed just look for the "internal networking" settings, make sure they are on the same subnet and you'll be good to go.
