Tether gets priority over ethernet
Hello I'm basically trying to use 2 connections at the same time:
1) USB Tethered 4G Connections for OBS and uploading stuff
2) Ethernet Cable for Steam, Dota 2 and Surfing the net.

However everytime I plug in the USB for tethering, Steam automatically changes the network from the broadband to the 4G.
what I have Tried so far:
- ForceBindIp (it works for surfing and OBS not for steam)
- changing priority in the network connections panel on win7
Any suggestions? Thanks in advance

I Solved it by going in the "route print " on win 7 and change the metric value for the tethered connection. It seems windows prioritize networks with lower metric value, the annoying thing is that i have to reset it every time i switch on the pc
