There is a huge difference between process nodes (5nm, 10nm, 45nm, 90nm, 130nm, etc) vs. wafer diameters (300mm, 200mm, 150mm, 100mm) that a fab site can manufactured. Any fab site can only mfg one wafer diameter based on the equipment the fab was outfitted for. For a given wafer diameter, it is possible to run several process nodes (recipes) on the same equipment.
