Text blurry on internet browsers

I have a Dell Studio 17, since a new update for windows vista the text in my browser has become blurry.

Hey there. I think i know what this is. do the following:
rightclick on your googlechrome icon. click on properties. select compatibility tab. check if the " disable display scaling on high dpi settings " is enabled. if it is enabled, disable it.

Im seeing something similar on my OLD dell vostro 1500 right now, i would describe it less as blurry and more as a little corrupt. It depends on the font and size.
