I have given a screenshot comparing the same text in MS WORD and Notepad.
I dont know if you guys can make out, but on the MS WORD one, (Left) the text looks like its cracking. It looks horrible, and after few minutes it really hurts my eyes

I have two monitors, one is 1080p VA panel and other is 1050p LED . On both the displays the text on MS Word is cr@p.
Text on other apps, like web browser, adobe pagemaker, acrobat reader etc is fine

My specs
  • Windows 10 Home Original
  • Microsoft 365 Original
  • AMD Ryzen 1500x
  • GTX 1050ti
  • 8Gb RAM

Solution
this should be correctable in display color calibration settings
press win +r and type dccw then press enter
once u run it, here u can alter clear type (text display) settings
u should set it up under monitor native resolution to avoid scaling

The problem is not related to my display settings. Like i said, my display is fine, the text is fine everywhere
its only in MS Word that the text is garbled.
