Changing the contrastdid not help and the far left button is something about alignment (not sure what it does, for letters or something)

I'm not exactly sure what you're describing, but it seems like you have a damaged monitor. How severe is the blurring? Do you notice it in anything besides text? I would say it's probably an issue in settings, but if it's uneven, it sounds more like an issue with the LCD.

Firstly I would like to let you know that it says LCD and LED on the box which is weird. Also it isn't blurring from what I know. See this picture on my tweet

Be very critical with this photo. The slight imperfections are dulled down in this photo but they are uch more visual in person

LCD is liquid crystal display, LED is light emitting diode. The LED is a backlight, and illuminates the LCD.

That's interesting. It seems like a defect to me, but what happens when you zoom in really close? Hold control and scroll up, does it change how it looks at all?

Yes it does! It makes the fuzzy thing less profile however it does not do anything to the toolbar (obviously) so it isnot a solution I can stick to.

Also just to put it out there, no one else has commented about this in the reviews so unless this is software problems it must have got damaged in the mail.

But all of this said I know this can be fixed. There is something in my mind telling me that this has a solution with software. I am gonna check your link but it seems to be the same as what the other person sent me however that tutorial didn't help

I don't know where chrome is saved so I am trying tofind it's alunch file so it may take a while

It didn't work :(

If text is made up of vectors then is it something wrong with my GPU? Should I reinstall my Catalyst driver or is it sometning do with Windows 9.1 Pro itself. I think I may have to reset my computer :(

I have just plugged my HDMI cable into my old TV and it showed text to be fine. This is defintely not software on the side of my computer. It may be something with the monitor settings or as you said ohysical damage. But this makes me wonder why this is only text. Pictures video and sound is ALL fine. Just the text, how is the possible.
