Text to Voice

Does anyone know of software that will convert text (whole words) to voice as I type!.

I KNOW there are lots of free programs that will convert selected text. That is not the problem.

As I type I want the complete word (not the character) read to me. Just read me what I have typed as I type it.

I suppose that the trigger to read the typed text would be a space or a full stop.

It's usually called text to speech, not text to voice. That might help with the searching.
