Question 144hz Orange Text When Moved?

[Need Pc Help]

I have an AOC CQ27G1, 144hz 1440p, and it works perfectly. I bought the G2 version and the MSI G26CQ4. BOTH have an issue where whenever i drag anything the text immediately goes blurry and turns orange. I dont know what the issue is since my main monitor doesnt have this issue. (I use the same DP cable too). Maybe its my <Mod Edit> old GPU since new GPU's are impossible to get.
