Texture and loading issues in Assassin's Creed Origins

Hello,

So we're experiencing a weird issue on a PC playing ACO.
The textures load for a while before it pops in, and then there are the 5 minute long loading screens, the game freezing while still being able to turn the camera any direction.
Note that this happens with the game being on an SSD.

System: Asus H110M-A
8GB Ram
Intel i3 6100 2 cores 4 threads.
GTX 1050ti - 4GB
Samsung 850 EVO 120GB SSD

Here's a video of it for an example. After 2:15 fast forward to 7:55 (that's not normal on an SSD) and you'll see the freezing -or I don't know what to call it since you can still look around.

Could this be a RAM related issue?

Huh, solved the problem by setting FPS limit to 30, no issues since
