Question Texture disapear help me please

so i have this problem that my textures disapear when getting some distance like 2 or 3 meters and settings are on high so this cant be the problem also if i ads then i see it again and in some games even if i have ani alaising on and maxed its still blrry and on sometimes my trees are poly or bushes and really blurry to idk how to fix this problem.....

i5 9600k 16gbram gtx 1060 6gb and i have these problems in all my games some games you can see it alot more then others
