Texture flashing/filckering on all games

Hi guys! I ran into a big problem last week. I'm suffering from texture flickering or something in all games, all the borders of objectives are micro stuttering/shaking/flashing while playing. It's really annoying. Any ideas how I can fix this? Already tried reinstalling drivers, didn't help. Video shows well what my problem is, it's just the same in all games.

GPU: GTX 1080
MoBo: Msi B350M Mortar
RAM: Adata RGB 3200 MHz 2x8GB
Psu: Corsair 650W

Since I saw no texture flicker in that clip, I have to wonder if it's your display or display cable going out on you. Have you tried borrowing a good cable from a friend to see if that's it? You can get them fairly cheap, just make sure it's not so cheap that it's fragile.

That said, some people are just bothered by even the most minor of texture flicker, and most games have at least some amount of it on certain objects.
