Question Texture flickering/bug AMD Radeon R9 200 Series (R9 280X 3GB)

Hi, I have a rather annoying problem with the textures of several games that I have tried, and it is that at certain times, which are very random, the textures bug in a very annoying way, very similar to what you see in this post: https://forums.tomshardware.com/threads/texture-flickering-bug-amd-radeon-r9-200-series.2659222/ which curiously has the same graphics as me, this happens to me in gta v which is what I play the most and battelfront 2, And in casual games like GTA 4, I really have no idea what it could be or how to solve it, so I ask you for help if it happens again I'll take a screenshot so you can see better, but I said to give you an idea it's the same as the images that appear in the forum that I mentioned, I hope you can help me, thanks

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:

Monitor:
Please include the age of your PSU, apart from it's make and model.

Did you try using DDU to remove all GPU drivers then manually reinstalling the latest drivers for your GPU?

i have some old components and i'm embarrassed to say it, but i just found a video that shows exactly my problem and how to fix it but i don't understand amd interface nor how to configure it.

It occurs to me what exactly appears in this video, if someone could help me how to configure how it appears in the video, I would be very grateful

The memory clock in default settings is set to 1250, how much would I have to lower it to eliminate the artifacts? I don't have much idea about this if someone can help me, my graphics is the asus r9 280x 3gb
