Question Texture flickering on Xbox Games Studios (Microsoft Flight Simulator, Sea of Thieves)

Hi,
I have some problems only on Xbox Games Studios (Microsoft Flight Simulator, Sea of Thieves) all my other games run really fine.
These two games crash a lot, i try a lot of things and i have Reinstall completly my Windows but its continue.

I dont know i to explain but there is a gif :

I7 9700K
RTX 2070
16 GB DDR4 3000Mhz
Windows 10
