Tfw GPU 5 week repair

So I sent my GPU to Gigabyte to fix right, and the bloke said it'd take like 3-5 weeks to get the bloody thing fixed.

Is this like totally fucked? or am I just overeacting?

Yeah, it is perfectly fine and 4 weeks is the general duration all companies (Intel, AMD, ASUS) takes to replace/repair components under warranty.

Yeah even I would have appreciated maximum of 7-8 days for such services, but not much one can do about it.
Can't tell you the amount of aggravation I faced while AMD took 29 days to replace a Phenom CPU.
XFX even took more than a month (37 days) to replace one GPU.

I am completely with you and high time they should do something to change this and shouldn't keep the consumer waiting.

Evga took about 2 weeks to fix my card

They did say it may take up to 3-5 weeks, so hopefully it won't actually take that long.
