That it's charged 84 percent but light stills blinks even at a 100 percent shuts down after 5 min sometimes sooner.

Battery light keeps blinking even at full charge shuts down when use.

Sounds like your battery is holding less and less of a charge. Which happens all the time with batteries as they get older. It is pretty normal.

The only way to resolve it is to get a new battery.

Now, if the laptop is new enough to still be under warranty, then it should not have such a problem with the battery. If this is what is going on, then contact the manufacturer about the issue.
