The absolute very best PCI graphics cards

So, i've seen the Geforce 9500 GT 1 GB 128 bit DDR2 for pci, and i've also seen a Radeon 4350 512 MB 64 bit DDR2 for pci that supports cross fie x. Should i go with the gefroce card of two of the radeon cards in cross fire? my upcoming upgrades:
Intel Pentium 4 3.2 GHz 1 MB L2 Cache with HT
2 GB DDR400
PNY Geforce FX 5200 PCI 256 MB DDR
Dell Silencer 500 PSU

The 9500Gt is the most powerful, crossfiring HD4350 is not worth the effort and is not supported on your motherboard.
