Question the "add" button for my port forwarding doesn't seem to work.

I recently bought a TOTLINK a7000r/ac2600 router but cant seem to be able to add port forward rules. i have tried from my pc, phone and laptop. it is in router mode using ppoe so its not routing from a router.

See that OPERATING MODE, and a PADLOCK next to FIREWALL left pane? U may have to first set router into configure mode (may ask for password) before allowing u changes to settings.
