So,I have Windows 10 64bit and I installed Far Cry 4 to my pc, i got this error, but i managed to fix it by removing msvcp100.dll and msvcr100.dll and launching FC4's VC redist. Well, it works now, but there are a bunch of other apps that no longer work, some of them are crappy ports and extremely old games, but they worked before. MGS2 substance with V's Fix (a fix meant to make the game playable on modern hardware.), Metal Gear Rising Revengeance, with which i previously had issues regarding the msvcp100.dll being missing, and halo 2, which worked previously. Some newer games I have still work though. I tried: a complete reinstall of both direct X, and Visual Studio, Downloading the msvcp and msvcr dlls online (FC4 still works), reinstalling every possible driver I could. Running all games as Administrator, with compatibility mode and all that other stuff suggested to me online.
I suspect it has to do with some other dll that FC4's VC redist changed, but the new VC redist doesn't? But seeing how those are some pretty old games, perhaps the new VC redists just don't download some files these games need? IDK guys, I really need help, a Windows reinstall is the last thing I want to do.

I got FC4 pirated because I wanted to see if the game could even stay above 30 fps. I mean if, I can't run the game proper, I would just be wasting money, and not that many developers think about making a demo. The fps does stay above 30 most of the time, but during firefights it dips down to the twenties, I can tolerate 30fps but even 29 is to little for me, so I'll probably just uninstall once i fix the issue. In case it's still relevant, I downloaded a MR DJ repack.
