Hello, I built a new gaming pc about 6 months ago, and all of a sudden ive been getting errors when trying to open apps on my computer, specifically origin and steam, I have both apps downloaded on my harddrive and i was thinking maybe its a hardrive issue, whenever this happens some of my apps on my desktop lose their icons and I cannot launch them, however I can still use the computer, like discord, chrome, and other programs are still able to be used. This is very frustrating as it forces me to restart my computer to fix the issue, ive had no problems with this computer up until this started happening about 3 days ago. I tried resetting my computer and it still ends up doing this exact same thing, I even noticed when I first reset my computer, the next day I woke up and it would sit on the ASUS motherboard screen and not go into my operating system until I shut it down by the power button, I was able to enter my bios but not go any further, I'll drop my specs down below, any help is appreciated, if I need to buy new memory thats fine I just would like to get to the bottom of this. Thank you.

GPU: 2080 Super
SSD: 500gb samsung evo m.2
HDD: 2TB seagate barracuda 7200RPM
