The Audio Service is not runing

So basically the rundown computer decides to get stuck in a bootloop after a good couple of hours i fix it without having to reinstall windows anyway now I have no sound what so ever

"it says audio service not runing"

I use the troubleshooter that did nothing (of course it didn't)
I go onto services and BOOM! no Microsoft audio service or another service that you are also meant to have for audio

How do I fix this?

Look at the top of that list at "Audiosrv" and maybe "AudioEndpointBuilder",see if they are active.
