Hi, this is for a friend. I wasnt sure whether to go amd or intel. Considering he is only gonna be gaming is this fine or could i get something cheaper with better performance from intel?

Not really sure, in well optimized games that use 4 cores, probably not, but in older games, maybe.

Yes, but prices are not the same in the uk as in the us, there is an option at the top right corner to change the location of the website, and when you do that, it shows you the current prices in uk stores, which are higher.
