The best 1080p 144hz gaming

Guys, what would be the best cpu and gpu combo for the affordable maximum 1080p, minimum of 144fps gaming? (from casual csgo to GTA 5). I'm currently thinking of i5 6600k with GTX 1070, is it good enough when overclocked?

144fps 1080p is quite challenging even on high end hardware. 144hz minimum? that's crazy. on average 1070 will be able to get more than 144FPS but i don't know about minimum. and last gen flagship don't even able to hit 140fps average in GTA V
