What would be the best 92mm fan cpu cooler in terms of cooling performance, rather than price?

yeah i'm talking about the best air cooler that runs only on a 92mm fan. I've done some research i'm guessing it's the xigmatek xp s964. I'd like someone to tell me what they think. I wonder if this cooler is for am2+ socket as well?

o god, you're not getting the point lmao. I'm talking about air coolers with a maximum fitting of a 92mm fan. I'm asking which fansink out there is the best. I'm thinking it is the xigmatek xp s964. I mean cpu coolers that will only take 92mm fans and not 120mm fans, this is so they can fit into smaller cases.
