The best budget computer under $120

So I've thinking, what is the best budget computer under $120? Honestly, I DUNNO IF ITS POSSIBLE.

So (just in case if you need a reference of what I need for now) I'll be telling the parts I need:

CPU or APU
GPU or APU
SSD (at least more than 100GB or new HDD at that size)
CPU or APU fan
Case Fan

I'm going to install it into a DELL Dimension 2400 (if I buy one I can)
If I just look at the inside it looks like a PSU wont fit, only a small PSU can, so please help me find a different old DELL Dimension (the grey ones) if it cant actually fit in there.

I have DDR2 and DDR3 RAM, and a 400W Power Supply ready to go so, I just need help.
If the type of RAM needed is different help me with that too. Thanks.

BTW what I found is a APU AMD A10-5800, its the best thing I could find.

For that money you can barely get a half decent CPU let alone full system. Trying to install it in a case from brand name ready made computer may also prove difficult and may need some modifications.
