I want to build a new good gaming PC and I was planning on building one with:
GPU: RX 580
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600
MOBO: GIGABYTE B450
PSU: 600w EVGA
Ram: 4x4gb Corsair vengeance
Case: Thermaltake V200
SSD: Kingston 240gb
HDD: WD Blue 1TB
I'm certain there is something better then this, from what I understand is an RX 580 is really good and so I was wanting a build surrounding that unless there is better and more upgradability.

Much better way to spend your money with a few tweaks. You don't ever want to intentionally run four memory modules if you can get the same capacity with two. Four sticks causes undo stress on the memory controller, so if you can get your total with two sticks, you avoid that and other complications such as not being able to increase your memory capacity later because you have no DIMM slots available and maybe getting a set with a stick that doesn't want to play nice.

ALso, that 600w EVGA power supply is not a very good unit. This one is miles better. Better CPU as well.
