The best Full tower Case under US$100

i will buy a Full tower case just under $100 with a pretty good cooling system, and if possible, show me at least 5 diferent cases. i will use a 310mm vga card

Cases are personal things. Buy one that appeals to you visually.
Any case with at least two 120mm intake fans, or the equivalent in exhaust should give you adequate cooling.
