the best gpu for 1080p?

Hye i'm newbie here..does anyone know what is the best single gpu to get to play games at maxed setting on 1080p resolution and get over 60fps?? and i don't have any intention to do any SLI/CF setup at all..

here's my spec :

1. CPU = Intel Core i7 4790
2. MOBO = Asus H97 Pro Gamer
3. RAM = GSKILL Aegis 2x8GB DDR3 1600MHZ
4. HDD = WD 1TB Blue Caviar
5. PSU = Seasonic X750

It will go over 60 FPS especially with that Intel i7 4790 CPU, although it depends on each game you play.

i intent to play any newer games...so it means that the cpu will affect gpu performance?is that what people say bottleneck? what if i use i5 4690?will it bottleneck the gpu?sorry for all the question

i would get the gtx 970 you will max games and get 60 plus fps even with the i5 4690 there will be no bottlenecks whatsoever if the 980 is overkill unless you want to mod the graphics on the game like skyrim enb 4k textures etc...

If I were going to use 970 what brand would u recommend? And will it still be relevant for the next few years?
