My system:
CPU - Intel core i5-750 @2.67 Ghz ( http://ark.intel.com/products/42915/Intel-Core-i5-750-Processor-8M-Cache-2_66-GHz )
Motherboard - Gigabyte P55-US3L rev.1.0 ( http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3168#ov )
My actual GPU - ATI Radeon HD 4670 PCI-E 1GB GDDR3
RAM - 12 GB DDR3 1333MHz

P.S. : My motherboard only have one PCI Express x16 slot (2.0 standard).
Also I will buy a new PSU adequate for the new gpu.

Hi!
I would be grateful to have your feedback in the following matter:

I have a old PC, but I would like to upgrade the GPU.

1) For the current built, what's the best GPU I should get without overclocking?
Some recommend R7 370, others say GTX 960 or a R9 380 (2GB OR 4GB versions, I don't know) but nothing above that.

2) And with overclocking?

Thanks

I don't know if you can use more than 2 GB at 1080p with the i5-750, but yes, I would go for the 4GB model if you play today's top end games and like lots of textures, A-A, Dof, etc.

Thanks for your feedback.
GTX 960/R9-380 - 2GB versions OR 4GB versions? Any opinion about that?

If 4GB version is still worthy in my actual system, probably i would pick the following gpu:

GIGABYTE Radeon R9 380 OC 4GB GDDR5 PCI-E (GV-R938G1 GAMING-4GD)

Thanks again...
I think i will choose this gpu:
GIGABYTE Radeon R9 380 OC 4GB GDDR5 PCI-E (GV-R938G1 GAMING-4GD) instead of the
GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 960 OC 4GB GDDR5 PCI-E (GV-N960G1 GAMING-4GD) .
