*my system is
-CPU: Intel Pentium Dual Core e5400 2.7 ghz
-RAM: 2GB DDR2
-HDD: 160GB
-PSU: 400W
-GPU: Intel G31/G33 Chipset Family with only 256MB and nothing else !!
-Monitor: Acer 23" FULL HD
-OS: Windows 10 Pro

Solution
I would replace the computer before a new video card.

2 gig of DDR2 RAM is too low, E5700 CPU is too slow. 160 gb drive would be old, slower and a lot more likely to fail.

A good used Intel i3 or i5 system can be found for about $150-200 with 4-8 gig of RAM, then get the card. It's a waste of money buying a gaming video card for the system as it is, and by the time you upgrade yours you would have spend almost as much money as just replacing it. You may be able to find some decent systems for as low as $100 if you look for a bit.

If you just get the video card, you will need to upgrade the RAM anyway for decent performance in even older games. GTA V will not run properly on your CPU at all, Assasin's Creed Black Flag, minimum...
oh yes i forgot, my psu is 400 watt and i must upgrade it too..i know.
Im planing to play games like: need for speed most wanted, assassin's creed black flag, gta iv or v,street fighter 4 and too much others, but not insane super games like the new witcher 3 !!
Most i playing online games like league of legends and dota 2,both of them running at 20 fps at low settings 🙁

Also i hope to can buy this 2 gpu's:

GV-N75TOC-1GI (http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=5574#kf)
GV-N75TOC-2GL (http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=5160#ov)

Wich is the most suitable ?? yeah,if is the 2gb one of course i want it within the 1gb, but i afraid for the bottlenecking 🙁

GTA V will not run properly on your CPU at all, Assasin's Creed Black Flag, minimum specs are Intel Core2Quad Q8400 @ 2.6 GHz or AMD Athlon II X4 620 @ 2.6 GHz so you are well out of the requirements for that with your system even with a video card and RAM upgrade.

NFS will run OK, so will GTA 4 and those class of games though. Basically any game that was out when your CPU was new will be OK.

IMHO, spend the money on a new computer not a new video card.
