The Best GPU For the xeon 5160

What is the best Video card that i can get for my Dual Xeon 5160's That will not bottle neck the cpu. Someone said GTX 660? But what can i get thats AMD? And is the 660 correct

Maybe r9 270, but really it depends on which game you play, some games will bottleneck your cpu and some will bottleneck your gpu.
