The best monitor for GTX 960

I want to know what is the best monitor specs for my GTX 960. And what is the best resolution for the GTX 960 that makes latest games runs on a very playable fps (45-60) like(quantum break - the division)????i want to know which is the best monitor specs to buy for my GTX 960??

MY PC:
INTEL CORE I5 3340, 3.1GHz
GIGABYTE GEFORCE GTX 960 WINDFORCE 2X OC 2 GB
KINGSTON HYPER X FURY BLUE 8GB 1600MHz

You'll probably be talking a 1080p monitor. You may have to turn down the settings in some of the more demanding games if you want 60fps. Look on newegg (or any other website) for a 1080p gaming monitor. Look for 1-2ms response time. The refresh rate isn't as important, anything 90hz or above is fine.
