I'm trying to choose the best and smallest PC for 4K@60FPS video (inc. YT) playback. What are the minimum PC specs for smooth 4K@60FPS video playback?

Is it possible to find a nettop or micro PC for this goal?

there are plenty very powerfull micro PC's out there most notably lenovo M tiny systems are very tiny and pack quite a punch.
But with anything tiny costs start to creep up.

Thanks. It looks just what I'm looking for. But, are you sure that integrated graphics will handle 4K@60FPS video?

Hi there.
a lot of people say different things,
for comparison i know a i7-4770k can playback 4k60fps perfectly fine with integrated graphics.
