The best OC gpu for $600 and less

I would like to know what is the best GPU you could buy for $600 and less. The GPU will be working with an ASUS pro x470 and an Ryzen 7 2700x. Thanks for all the help!

How many threads will you open? This particular thread is asking for a GPU that is only 100USD more than this thread and guess what, answer hasn't changed. Stop creating threads that are similar in nature and stick to one thread since they are of the same nature.
