The best PCIE slot

I have an Asus 980ti strix and an Asus P9X79 DELUXE motherboard.
I want to know what is the best slot to connect my GPU to get the best performance.

Same recommendation as in the last thread. Read your motherboard manual, in particular pg 2-14.

I watched and it says that the x16_1 is the best for single gpu.
It means that this is the first one?
I am really don't good at this things like you guys, that is why I am asking you.

Yes. The first/top PCI-Ex16 slot is PCI-Ex16_1. As the VGA Configuration table states, that is the slot recommended for a single VGA.
