Guys please suggest me the best graphic card to pair up with intel i3-3220.

Current card is asus gt 610

I need a card which can run efficiently with maximum performance alongside the processor.

there is only 4 gigs of ram in the pc just in case!

Also 4-way sli with titan x's is a good one.
Dude look at his rig you think his budget is enough?

A GTX 960 is a good choice. It may be bottlenecked by the CPU at times, but with DirectX 12 being released soon, the CPU bottleneck should not be much of an issue.

Go for a GTX 960. It would be better for that CPU. Otherwise, upgrade the CPU and GPU together.

Its said that DX12 can almost eliminate bottlenecking issues with CPU. I don't know how true this will be. But if that really it is the case, that would mean you could use ant high end GPU with any CPU.

Okay. You will be able to upgrade to Windows 10 free when it releases officially for mass usage. But it will be free for 1 year only. But you will be able to see whether the DX12 is working as it states in MS Websites.

Can 750ti handle the games like AC unity, Witcher 3 , and games yet to come..!! Or should i wait for this DX 12 Win 10 and then go for a gtx 970 {i.e if bottlenecking is out of question}

At least a GTX 660 is required for The Witcher 3, so you'll need more than a GTX 750 Ti. You have several options:

1. Get a GTX 970 now and upgrade the CPU later.
2. Get a GTX 970 and upgrade to Windows 10 with DirectX 12.
3. Get a GTX 960.
