The Best Power Supply

Hai everyone, this is my spec:

Motherboard: MSI MPower
Procie: Intel i7 4770
VGA: Zotac Gtx 770 AMP!
Memory: Corsair 4GBx2
Storage: AData 120GB SSD, WD Black 2Tb
Procie Cooler: Corsair Water H60
Fan:
4x12cm (Cooler Master)
1x20cm (top)
1x14cm (front)
PSU: Corsair HX750 Silver Modular (2011)

I'm going to change my old PSU, because my motherboard is 8pins X 2, and my PSU is having only 8pins X 1. The big problem is, i've spent quite a lot money for this, and my computer always restarting.

What is the best Gold and Full Modular PSU for me? Thank You

I would suggest any of the Corsair Enthusiast series PSU's.

Edit: At least a 750w for the GPU.
